VP of Finance

We are looking for a VP of Finance to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

Lead, review, and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, long-range strategic plan, provide periodic business analysis and provide financial support for strategic initiatives

Review, guide, manage, and approve forecasts, monthly performance reviews, periodic business reviews, annual budgets

Maintain a thorough understanding of the business and partner with the Controller to create and develop KPI's to drive business decisions

Act as a business partner to the CFO and other senior business leaders to identify and harvest value opportunities across the company

Monitor the companys performance against its long-range strategic plan

Evaluates and monitors actual performance against business plan, reporting variances

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance

8+ years of finance experience

Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

Proven track record in successfully supporting growth using strong analytical skills and effective financial modeling, and tracking

Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives

Highly analytical with ability to consume and process large amounts of information

Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
