Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and full-time roles
Collaborate with department heads to plan and meet labor demands
Oversee and ensure compliance with the H-2A program, including coordination with agencies and regulatory bodies
Serve as a liaison between management and staff to promote positive workplace culture
Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and uphold company policies
Provide bilingual communication and documentation support
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (OSHA, EEOC, FLSA)
Maintain personnel records, timekeeping, and HR data integrity
Oversee payroll and benefits administration
Support leadership training and employee development programs
Qualifications Needed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience (preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or logistics)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
Experience with H-2A program or agricultural labor management preferred
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (ADP preferred)
