Your Role:
CEVA Logistics, a leading international logistics company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Internal Communication Generalist Expert to join our team. Based in either Marseille, this role is integral to fostering effective internal communication strategies across our global workforce. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (French and English), possess excellent intercultural communication skills and be available to start as soon as possible.
What are you going to do ?
As a Global Internal Communication Generalist Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing internal communication strategies and play a pivotal role in ensuring that CEVA Logistics’ internal communications are impactful, and aligned with our company’s values and vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and connected to the organization’s mission.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Communication Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with CEVA Logistics’ global objectives.
Collaborate with senior management and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all internal platforms.
Content Creation & Management:
Produce engaging and informative content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, announcements, and leadership communications.
Tailor content to suit a diverse, multicultural workforce, ensuring clarity and accessibility in both French and English.
Project Management:
Lead and coordinate global internal communication projects, working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of communication materials.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Employee Engagement:
Design and execute employee engagement campaigns, town halls, webinars, and feedback initiatives that promote CEVA Logistics’ culture and values.
Monitor and analyze employee feedback, providing actionable insights to leadership and recommending improvements.
Change Communication:
Support organizational change and transformation initiatives by crafting clear, empathetic communications to guide employees through transitions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on best practices for communicating change effectively.
Compliance & Brand Alignment:
Ensure all internal communications adhere to CEVA Logistics’ brand guidelines, corporate values, and compliance standards.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Who are we looking for?
Education: Master’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5+ years of proven experience in internal communications, preferably within an international or logistics environment.
Sector Knowledge: Experience in logistics or supply chain sectors is a plus.
Expected Skills :
Language Proficiency: Full fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Communication Expertise: Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills in both languages.
Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Digital Tools: Experience with digital communication platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, social collaboration tools).
Interpersonal Skills: Strong intercultural communication skills, with a high level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
Problem-Solving: Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to think strategically and deliver practical outcomes.
Integrity: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
