Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our day shift team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Provide mobility assistance (transfers, ambulation, use of mobility aids).

Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.

Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families.

Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to deliver the highest level of care.

Ensure cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and care areas.

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of [Insert State].

Previous experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting preferred.

Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered mindset.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
