Responsibilities:

Job Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery and processes to ensure the efficient and safe manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to established procedures and standards.

Job Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery, including but not limited to mixers, extruders, and packaging lines, according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

* Perform routine checks and adjustments to equipment to maintain optimal performance and product quality.

* Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and take corrective actions as required.

* Load raw materials and unload finished products, ensuring proper handling and storage.

* Conduct quality control checks on products throughout the production cycle and report any defects or inconsistencies.

* Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and material usage.

* Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).

* Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas.

* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status, issues, and improvements.

* Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions.

Job Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; a vocational degree or certification in a related field is a plus.

* Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and production schedules.

* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

* Good basic math skills for calculations related to production.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.

* Willingness to work in shifts (day, night, weekends) as required by production demands.

* Commitment to safety and quality standards.
