Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Public Relations Professional to manage and enhance the public image and brand reputation of our growing food business. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to increase customer engagement, build community relationships, and promote our food services through both digital and traditional media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the company’s products, services, and brand image.

Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional content.

Manage media relations, responding to press inquiries and coordinating interviews or features.

Create engaging social media and digital content to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to organize food events, community activities, and promotional campaigns.

Monitor media coverage, online reviews, and public perception; prepare regular reports on PR outcomes.

Manage crisis communications effectively to protect the company’s reputation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and community partners.

Support branding efforts across packaging, store design, and online presence.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in public relations, preferably within the hospitality, food, or retail industry.

Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

Knowledge of media relations, social media management, and digital marketing trends.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.

Desirable Experience

Experience promoting food brands, restaurants, or take-away services.

Familiarity with community engagement and local event planning.

Knowledge of influencer marketing and online review management (Google, TripAdvisor, etc.).
