Reports To: Team Leader, Service Support

Position: Permanent Full Time, Hybrid

What Will You Do?

Your Impact: As a Service Contract Coodinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Service Operations team by:

Serve as a knowledgeable resource on contract terms, service options, and product capabilities.

Review expired agreements and assess upsell and continued business opportunities.

Engage with customers to maximise renewal value and tailor service agreements to their needs.

Collaborate with field service technicians, sales teams, and service managers to align on customer strategy.

Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, manage follow-ups, and handle objections effectively.

Escalate complex issues to field leadership and coordinate service resources to ensure closure.

Develop customised proposals that highlight the benefits of STERIS service offerings.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers to support long-term retention.

Monitor and manage pipeline progress, ensuring timely movement.

Position STERIS service agreements as value-driven solutions for customers.

Ensure a seamless customer experience through proactive communication and support.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business, customer service, or sales, preferably with exposure to contract management.

Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with excellent organisational capabilities.

Proven ability in problem-solving, time management, and a process-driven approach, with high attention to detail and adaptability.

Experience in stakeholder management, including the ability to conduct challenging conversations professionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems and Oracle/Siebel is highly desirable.
