MAIN PURPOSE

The Assistant E-Commerce Manager will support the execution and optimization of our digital commerce strategy within the country. This role plays a key part in driving online sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Execution: Assist in implementing e-Commerce initiatives aligned with brand and commercial objectives, support the rollout of digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches across online platforms, monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform tactical decisions

Performance & Analytics: Track and report on key e-Commerce metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.), assist in analysing campaign performance and generating actionable insights, maintain dashboards and support monthly business reviews

Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth and maximize revenue through effective merchandising, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product assortment optimization

Platform & Operations: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth platform operations, support product listing accuracy, content updates, and merchandising strategies, assist in managing inventory visibility and order fulfilment processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams, support integration of e-Commerce with CRM initiatives to enhance personalization and retention, liaise with agencies and vendors for campaign execution and platform enhancements

Market Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Min. 4 years of experience in e-Commerce, digital marketing, or online retail

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools

Familiarity with e-Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Lazada, Shopee)

Excellent communication and project coordination skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
