In-Home Sales Consultant – One Day Doors & Closets of Jacksonville

What You’ll Do
Meet with qualified, pre-set appointments (no cold calls, no canvassing)
Conduct in-home design consultations and present our door and closet systems
Guide homeowners through styles, finishes, and functional upgrades
Build trust, overcome objections, and close high-value sales
Manage your follow-up pipeline and communicate progress with the sales team
What You’ll Earn
Average earnings: $80,000 – $150,000+ (commission + bonuses)

What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of in-home or face-to-face sales experience preferred (windows, flooring, solar, roofing, kitchen/bath remodeling, etc.)
A self-starter who thrives on performance and accountability

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and professional appearance
