Position Summary: To provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic evaluation, consultation, treatments, as well as treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician. Treatments may include: anti-wrinkle treatments by injection - including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, thread lifts, platelet-rich plasma therapy, micro-needling, dermaroller, mesotherapy, lip enhancement, cryolipolysis and other fat reduction treatments, chemical peels and microdermabrasion, etc.
Potential for production bonus after 6 months of employment.

Qualifications:
Legally certified nurse practitioner or physician assistant in IL
Knowledge of current Aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aesthetic injections.
Advanced proficiency in a wider range of injectables, including more complex treatments and techniques.
In-depth understanding of various injectable products, their indications, and limitations.
Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic needs, techniques and treatment plans
Responsibilities:
Perform a broader range of aesthetic injections, including advanced treatments like non-surgical facelifts, lip enhancements, and advanced neuromodulator techniques.
Assist in training and mentoring Injector staff.
Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and new products in the field.
Uphold the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction.
Consistent delivery of high-quality results.

Active involvement in training and mentoring junior injectors.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Ability to lift at least 30lbs
Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, Utilizing proper PPE
Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
