Seeking Nurse Practitioner for our advanced wound care program, to service patients in their homes and/or in Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Brooklyn.

Active NP License in NY

Driver's license + vehicle

Pass all background checks

Comfortable with wound care

Patient- focused, caring bedside manner

Excellent communication skills, professional work ethic
