Fully cross trained at each OANB location to perform all Warehouse functions: Pulling of orders, material movement, truck loading / unloading, supply production with needed materials (Main facility), inventory management (QA Holds, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, tracking and reporting), sample pick/pack/ship (UPS / FedEx).ESSENTIAL/MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pull orders using the scanner and prepare them for shipment/customer pick up

Perform inventory transfers and adjustments to include "in transit" transfers to 3PL warehouses and between all 3 facilities

Raw and packaging material sampling, when necessary

Be able to receive inbounds and ship outbounds (including internal drops)

Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory

Perform pick / pack / ship duties in UPS/FedEx as needed

Follow FIFO accurately and maintain lot # segregation on all finished and raw goods

Ensure that all products have a cleared COA before they are shipped

Must be able to operate a stand-up or sit-down forklift and the shrink wrap machine in an efficient and safe manner while performing day-to-day operations within the warehouse

Follow all SOPs within the warehouse

Must be able to work OT as needed

Be able to work in all three facilitiesPerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, to include necessary forklift maintenance i.e., charging and watering.

Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety control standards.

Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of SAGE 100 (or other ERP / MRP system), Inventory and Freight management systems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Fork lift operator certification; HACCP - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point CertificateEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or five (5) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience (3-5 years) working with warehouse, shipping and receiving environment is preferred.

Familiar with Microsoft office products, Word, Outlook, Excel as well as SAGE 100 or other ERP / MRP system is preferred.OTHER:

PHYSICAL / GENERAL ACTIVITIES:

Reading, writing and communicating fluently in English

Mathematical Skills -Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Hearing and speaking to express ideas and/or exchange information in person or over the telephone

Vision - Seeing to read labels, posters, documents, PC screens, etc.

For plant/production positions, may involve standing for frequent and long periods of time – UP TO 4 HOURS.

Sitting, standing, moving about or walking for occasional or frequent periods of time

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate production machinery and equipment/maintenance of productivity equipment and/or a computer keyboard and other office equipment

Kneeling, bending at the waist, stooping and reaching overhead

Retrieving and storing files and supplies; occasionally carrying and/or lifting objects with a weight of up to 50 lbs. in manufacturing facility and up to 20 lbs. within office setting.
