Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Sunbury, PA

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 3rd Shift - Sunday-Wednesday 9:00pm-7:00am

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment, labeling products, conducting quality control checks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What You'll Do:

As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in all tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating & Monitoring Equipment – Run and oversee various production and packaging machines to maintain workflow.

Quality Control & Inspections – Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

Record Keeping – Complete and maintain accurate logs, checklists, and production forms daily.

Physical Tasks – Lift, stack, and organize boxes weighing between 35-50 lbs.

Cross-Training & Teamwork – Be open to learning new tasks and assisting in other areas when needed.

Workplace Maintenance – Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.

Fast-Paced Environment – Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Standing for Long Periods – This role requires being on your feet for extended shifts.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or production (preferred, but not required)

The ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A commitment to workplace safety and food safety regulations

Basic computer skills for printing labels and logging production details

Physical stamina to lift and carry 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
