Business Model:Dermacare Senior Solutions operates as a mobile dermatology service provider, partnering with SNFs and ALFs to deliver essential dermatological care on-site. Our providers will visit facilities regularly, reducing the need for elderly patients to travel for skin care treatment.

Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner License
Experience in Dermatology (Preferred)
Nursing Homes experience (Preferred)
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Passion for Geriatric Care
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments focusing on skin health in skilled nursing homes and ALFs settings.
Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatological conditions under the supervision of a dermatologist.
Travel to provide exceptional dermatology care in nursing home settings.
Perform procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, skin scrapings and more (training provided).
Educate patients on personalized skincare, treatment plans, and preventative care.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using our EMR system.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and nursing homes care team.
