Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year at a K-12 school in Hilliard, OH. This onsite contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with students across all grade levels, providing essential speech and language support to enhance their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and school regulations regarding speech therapy services

Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of inclusive communication strategies within the school environment

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Ohio Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license

Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 grade levels

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators and families

Ability to manage a full-time caseload effectively

Commitment to promoting positive student outcomes and inclusive learning environments
