At our facility in St-Marys you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Quality Lead :

Implementation and monitoring of the quality daily management activities in collaboration with the quality team at the group level

Responsible in the implementation, monitoring, and audit of the various certifications

Lead customers interaction in collaboration with internal stakeholders for the execution of customer qualifications, product qualifications and evaluation of plant improvement opportunities from the complaint management system

Establishes and analyzes site quality objectives regarding product issues, defective materials, customer, and supplier complaints

Participate in the implementation of improvement projects in collaboration with the operations team

Responsible for training and awareness of staff on quality (principles, procedures, quality culture)

Contribute to improve the group synergy and global success through our containerboard network

You too, put forward your strengths:

5+ years of experience with quality standards, auditing process and knowledge of industry regulations

1+ years of progressive leadership and coaching experience in a manufacturing environment

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, course or certification in quality management, or a combination of the above

Certifications in quality systems (e.g., Six Sigma belts, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ISO 9001) are considered an asset

Experience with food safety standards (e.g., BRCGS) is considered an asset
