We're looking for a Kitchen Manager who leads by example, cares deeply about food quality and consistency, and knows how to manage a team while keeping costs under control.

Hire, train, and mentor the back-of-house (BOH) team
Oversee kitchen operations, including prep, execution, and cleanliness
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Control labor and food costs in line with budget goals
Develop menus based on seasonal availability and locally sourced ingredients
Collaborate with ownership on food strategy and kitchen improvements
Ensure consistency and quality during busy, high-volume serviceQualifications:
Experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Head Chef
Knowledge of farm-to-table cooking and seasonal menu development
Prior experience with wood-fire or open-flame cooking techniques
Strong leadership and communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable making operational decisions
Able to stay calm, focused, and effective during busy serviceAbout Us:
