Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users in person, over the phone, or via remote access
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
Set up and maintain computer systems and networks
Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects
Create and update documentation for IT processes and proceduresEssential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in IT support or a related role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentDesired Experience:
Previous experience working in a help desk or technical support role
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus
Familiarity with network security and firewallsSalary & Benefits:
Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
