PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Manager, Global Workforce Mobility (Multiple Positions), Galaxy US Opco Inc. d/b/a Vialto Partners, Boston, MA. Support the global workforce mobility including immigration, tax, managed services, and digital solutions. Manage multinational corporations and offer guidance on compliance, consulting, and technology services. Solve complex, cross-border workforce mobility challenges to ensure a uniform and compliant global mobility experience for our clients and their employees. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations. Enhance value through digitization, automation and increased efficiencies. Coach and supervise teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary : $ 129,100 - $190,200 / Yr
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: US CPA or foreign equivalent, or Enrolled Agent.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Automating and restructuring internal processes for increased efficiency.
Participating in all phases of preparing individual tax returns, including planning, execution, and completion;
Researching tax laws, rules and regulations, as well as analyzing their application to specific situations;
Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients;
Consulting taxpayers on tax implications of international/interstate move as well as taxation of equity compensation.
100% telecommuting permitted.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% is required.
