Sales Onboarding Specialist Requirements/Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in retail sales, sales training, or a related field
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and closing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable delivering training in both one-on-one and group settings
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment
Sales Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities:
Deliver a 3-4 week in-person onboarding program covering sales process, product knowledge, and closing techniques
Conduct real-time coaching and shadow sessions to reinforce best practices
Evaluate and certify new hires through assessments, role-playing, and skill demonstrations
Lead monthly regional training sessions and ongoing development opportunities
Train associates on goal setting, commission strategies, and performance metrics
Manage LMS content, track training progress, and ensure compliance across regions
Collaborate with leadership to enhance training content and delivery methods
Foster a positive, engaging learning environment aligned with company standards
