Responsibilities

PRIMARY

Deliver high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume goals.

Guide clinic staff in providing exceptional patient care, fostering a collaborative environment.

Conduct comprehensive reviews of patients' medical histories, symptoms, and medications.

Engage actively with clinical leadership to uphold patient care standards and resolve concerns.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts and documentation.

Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as directed by supervising physicians.

Analyze patient histories and diagnostic information to develop appropriate treatment plans.

Provide accurate diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, prioritizing patient-centered care.

Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.

Respond to telehealth patients efficiently, ensuring prompt follow-up.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans.

Participate in monthly meetings and complete mandatory compliance training.

Support new employee training through mentoring and onboarding activities.

Maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and team collaboration.

Commit to continuous learning and adherence to company standards.

Engage with patients through virtual communication effectively.

Fulfill all other duties as assigned by management, with a commitment to excellence.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

Education: Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.

Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant practice, such as urgent care, trauma, or family medicine is preferred.

License Requirements:

Active Family Nurse Practitioner License and DEA; candidates must be able to treat all ages and meet credentialing requirements. DOT certification is required within 120 days of employment.
