Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Location: Dresser, WI
Pay Range: $18 - $21
Shift: Monday - Thursday or Friday - Sunday
What's the Job?
Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designer
Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition following safety procedures
Identify different types of materials including Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, and galvanized products
Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety and quality standards
What's Needed?
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, memos, and instructions
Knowledge of basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Experience with machine operation preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
Ability to work in a team environment and follow established procedures
