A leading home infusion organization is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join their team in Columbus, OH. This is a direct hire opportunity for a dynamic leader who will oversee all aspects of location operationsincluding pharmacy, nursing, business development, intake, and revenue management. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement short- and long-term departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
Oversee local operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, regulatory pliance, and optimal patient outes.
Collaborate with subordinate managers and corporate teams to analyze performance, develop business strategies, and ensure profitability.
Lead and support daily operational functions including order generation, pounding, picking, packing, and shipping.
Manage staffing functions: hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Ensure timely and accurate pletion of tasks and exceptional service to patients and referral sources.
Facilitate performance improvement activities, regulatory pliance, and policy execution.
Serve as a strategic liaison between location teams and corporate leadership.Skills & Abilities:

Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required (PharmD or Masters preferred).
5+ years of management experience.
Home infusion experience is required.
Experience with accreditation, quality improvement, and policy implementation.
Must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Ohio.
