As a Team Lead in Cash Vault Profile Fulfillment, you are required to guide the team in delivering process reviews, and operational improvements. You will collaborate with diverse teams, translate business needs into actionable analysis, and drive initiatives that create measurable value. Job Responsibilities
Conduct process reviews and validations to support business partners
Identify opportunities where analysis drives significant operating outcomes and efficiencies
Contribute to high-level business initiatives and assist with metric reporting
Design predictive and forecasting models to improve operations
Collaborate with metric owners to identify key causes behind data trends and irregularities
Monitor trends and best practices to add value
Champion process improvements by dissecting current processes and implementing enhancements
Coordinate workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
Facilitate communication between upper management and employees
Generate and submit performance reports
Evaluate new employees through interviews
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to create logical solutions under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with all levels of management
Ability to use judgment to guide analysis and synthesize clear communications
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to complete tasks independently
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Access, and SharePoint
