Job Description:

A high-profile family in Palm Beach is seeking a dedicated and experienced Houseman to assist with the overall upkeep and management of their estate. The family is not present from June to September, and during this period, the schedule will be Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. For the rest of the year, flexibility is required, including working one weekend day, with an additional day off during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with general maintenance and ensure the property is in pristine condition year-round.

- Coordinate and oversee work done by vendors, including landscapers, cleaners, and contractors.

- Support event planning and preparation, assisting with setup, execution, and post-event cleanup for family gatherings and parties.

- Manage minor repairs and liaise with service providers for larger repairs or renovations as needed.

- Ensure that all systems (lighting, HVAC, security, etc.) are properly maintained and functioning efficiently.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in household management or similar roles is preferred.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to handle physical tasks and multitask effectively.

- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, when required.

- A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
