Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Well & Monitor Well Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in drilling operations and hold a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License & Drillers License in TX). This role requires the ability to travel to various project sites, including overnight trips, as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate drilling rigs and equipment for water well and monitor well installation.

· Familiar with Geo Probe and Mobile Drilling Rigs a plus.

· Conduct site evaluations and determine appropriate drilling techniques.

· Manage and supervise well drilling operations in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.

· Maintain and troubleshoot drilling equipment.

· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding water well and monitor well installation.

· Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

· Travel to job sites as required, including overnight stays.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in water well drilling and/or monitor well drilling.

· Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with excellent driving record.

· Able to pass drug test, background check, MVR and fit for duty exam.

· 40-Hour HazWhoper Training is a plus.

· TWIC-Transportation Worker Identification Card is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of drilling processes, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.

· Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

· Willingness to travel for extended periods as needed.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience, plus per diem for overnight travel.
