About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service across your territory. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and promoting our full range of construction materials.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify and convert new leads into long-term business opportunities.
Create structured customer contact plans aligned with budget targets.
Resolve customer issues and disputes promptly and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Promote our full product and service range to maximise sales potential.
Maintain accurate customer records and stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
About You
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in concrete, construction, or building materials.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Skilled in developing value-driven solutions for customers.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and other relevant systems.
Experienced in dispute resolution and claims management.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
