Job Description

Now Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians in Oil City!

Responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment in an industrial setting. This role supports production by ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment.

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

Use tools and follow safety procedures to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Document work performed and communicate with team members.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.

Prior experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance.

Basic mechanical, troubleshooting, and safety knowledge.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $26–$28 per hour, depending on experience.

Shifts: All shifts available.

Overtime: Frequent overtime opportunities.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.

Comfortable working in environments with heat, noise, and dust.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oil City, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $56000.00/yr.
