PLC Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PLC Technician responsible for maintaining, setting up, repairing, and troubleshooting all manufacturing equipment and facilities maintenance. Please apply if interested!

Shift: 8am-430pm or 9am-530pm

Pay: $28-32/hr based on experience

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, setup, repair, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.

Document all maintenance and electrical work in the CMMS.

Rebuild gearboxes, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment.

Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of PLCs, with or without schematics.

Install and troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase power up to 480 volts.

Conform to OSHA, GMP/SOP, HACCP, and FDA Standards.

Essential Skills

Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.

Strong electrical experience

Experience with packaging equipment and mechanical repairs.

Comfortable with single-phase and three-phase electrical work up to 480 volts.

Ability to conform to safety and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Souderton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
