Supplier Quality Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field required.

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of supplier development and management initiatives.

Proficiency with quality system methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, Lean, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and ISO standards.

Ability to manage supplier quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action responses.

Skilled in using metrology tools to confirm parts meet engineering specifications.

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
