Key Responsibilities of the Customer Success Specialist:
Delivering exceptional support via email, chat, phone, and social media
Helping customers across the UK, US, and Germany (no language skills needed!)
Keeping customer accounts accurate and ensuring every query gets resolved
Sharing customer insights to make our service even better
Working hand-in-hand with a warm, collaborative team
Representing the heart and voice of our beautiful fashion brands
