Reporting to the Chief Solutions Officer, the Vice President of Engineering will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for accelerating product development and scaling engineering operations.

This role will directly oversee engineering, devOps, QA, and product delivery teams, drive technology strategy, and ensure our solutions meet evolving market demands with speed, scalability, and quality.

Experience - What we're looking for * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.

* 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

* Proven track record of delivering SaaS products at scale and driving measurable business outcomes.

* Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enterprise software building and products.

* Experience with acquisitions/mergers technology strategies, and technology partnerships * Experience in the human services or public sector domain is preferred but not required.

What you'll be doing * Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Solutions Officer by defining and executing technology strategy that aligns with business goals and evolving trends in the human services market.

* Lead and scale internal and external engineering resources across software development, DevOps, QA, and platform infrastructure.

* Drive best product development practices to increase speed-to-market and responsiveness to customer needs.

* Implement cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps pipelines to support scalable SaaS delivery.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Services, and Sales to align engineering execution with company strategy.

* Enhance operational efficiency of managed services through technology optimization.

* Set and enforce SMART goals across engineering teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

* Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML) to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Ability to define and track KPIs tied to product delivery, engineering efficiency, and business growth.
