**Overview** **Documentation Control/Training Coordinator Columbus, OH HIRING IMMEDIATELY** **Compensation:** + Pay range $20.00 - $32.00/hour + Full-time only + Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases + Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity* **_Available Shift:_** 8:00am - 4:00pm Mon-Fri **Benefits:** + Medical, Dental, Vision + Prescription drug coverage + 401K with a company match + New Hire Wellness Bonus (see plan details) + Healthcare and Dependent day care flexible spending accounts + Corporate discounts **Responsibilities** **This position is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the business including, but not limited to, planning/scheduling and manufacturing.** **Core Responsibilities:** + Job packet preparation + Standard Line Conditions + Work Order + Case Labels + Port Tickets + Special Instructions + Standard line conditions - tracking and updating + Good receipts - invoices + Ordering of packaging supplies + Corrugated - non-kanban + Daily scrap data entry + Cycle count coordination + Raw materials + Paperboard + Paper + WIP Materials + Production data documentation and filing - both paper and electronic + Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices.

In addition to other duties, this position will: + Act as back-up for Scheduling + Act as back-up for SAP Coordinator + Ordering of office supplies that support the business operations + Assist in the preparation of audits both internal and external **Qualifications** + Strong Microsoft Office skills are necessary + Strong organizational skills are required + Ability to multitask and prioritize workload + Must be able to flex working hours + Must work overtime as required + Strong organizational skills are required + SAP experience is a plus + Ability to speak Spanish is a plus **Pactiv Evergreen** is now a part of **Novolex** .
