Business Finance Intern

We are looking for a motivated and fast-learning (graduation) intern to join our Business Finance Department in Hengelo.

This internship offers hands-on experience in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis, providing valuable insight into how financial performance supports business strategy.

The internship duration is a minimum of 5 months, with opportunities to shape your own graduation or project assignment.

Daily Activities

Perform data analysis and prepare financial performance reports

Identify, resolve, and reconcile discrepancies, reporting any errors promptly

Support process improvement initiatives

Assist in monthly financial close activities

Collaborate with international colleagues and teams

Assignments / Projects

Opportunity to bring and develop your own graduation or research assignment

Identify and analyze financial risks

Map and document financial processes

Gain hands-on experience aligned with your personal development goals and ambitions

Work closely with colleagues and your supervisor throughout the internship

Requirements

Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc in (International) Business Administration, Finance & Control, Accountancy, Economics, or Business Information Technology

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience with Power BI is a strong advantage

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and result-oriented

A true team player, well-organized, and proactive
