Your "Take Off" will be successful by doing the following with excellence: * Grease, lubricate, and change oil in light vehicles and equipment * Check and replace tires, fan belts, water hoses, and batteries * Fill radiator with water and antifreeze; replace windshield wipers, air filters and other accessories * Check and assess brakes, transmission, power steering and fluid levels * Check and assess alignment of wheels and correct body rattles * Complete road test to locate defects in operation, as well as check and assess repair work before returning equipment to active use * Perform minor welding and fabrication repairs * Perform minor body paint touch ups * Review prepare and complete work orders in a timely manner Your "Landing" will be smooth if you meet the following requirements: * At least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED * Possess a valid Ohio driver's license, in good standing * Commercial Driver License (Class A or Class B) is preferred * One (1) year of experience as a fully skilled auto mechanic on equipment * Knowledge of construction, assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of a variety of automobiles, SUV's pickup trucks, lawn and garden, and related light equipment * Able to lift to 50 lbs.
