We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka, looking for a Chief Executive Officer - Interior Deco for a leading interior solutions providing company based in Colombo. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and direction to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be a visionary business leader with a deep understanding of the interior décor or design industry, capable of inspiring teams and delivering outstanding value to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, mission, and goals in alignment with board directives.

Drive business growth through innovation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Oversee operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Lead and motivate a high-performing management team to deliver excellence across all departments.

Monitor market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies in interior design and décor.

Ensure financial sustainability through sound budgeting, investment, and cost control measures.

Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.

Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably within the interior décor, real estate, construction, or creative design sectors.

Proven track record in business growth, brand positioning, and operational excellence.

Strong financial acumen and strategic management capabilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Passion for design, innovation, and sustainability in interior décor solutions.
