Description:

Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

* Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.

* Lead project planning, coordination, and execution with internal teams and external partners.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

* Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes.

* Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to maintain timelines and quality.

* Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

* Mentor junior project managers and support staff.

* Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Construction Project Manager should have: * Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong background in multi-family and institutional projects.

* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.

* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and scheduling.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

* OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
