We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Position Summary

As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing restaurant operations, maintaining high food and service standards, training and developing staff, and driving a positive team culture. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure consistent guest satisfaction

Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff

Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Support team performance and resolve operational challenges

Ensure excellent communication between kitchen and service teams

Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and enthusiasm

Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven ability to motivate and develop a team

Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations

Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation

Annual salary: $35,500
