IT Asset Manager - ON-SITE - Permanent/Direct-Hire Salary

Job Description

Our municipality client is hiring an on-site IT Asset Manager to support their team in Philadelphia, PA!

Responsibilities:

- Builds and maintains strong relationships with corporate vendors and internal stakeholders and is directly responsible for the accounting of internal enterprise hardware and licensed software assets.

- Procuring and maintaining appropriate inventory, validating asset management records throughout the life of the asset, such as ordering, receiving, stock maintenance, deployment, asset assignment, inventory, retention, reclamation, retirement, decommissioning and asset disposal.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years’ experience as an IT Asset Manager utilizing tools Oracle Financials, BMC Helix Client Management, Jira, MS Project and Visio

- Completed bachelor’s degree
