The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Boiler Technician/Installer to join our growing team. The Boiler Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial boiler systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and committed to delivering top-quality service and install.

What You'll Do

Install, troubleshoot, and repair hydronic and steam boiler systems.

Perform system startups, efficiency testing, and maintenance checks.

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions.

Ensure compliance with all safety, building, and mechanical codes.

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.

Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding job progress and system performance

Assist with training apprentices and maintaining a clean, safe job site.

Complete job-related paperwork accurately and timely

Work collaboratively with team members to solve challenges

Maintain a high standard of safety and job site cleanliness

What We’re Looking For

Proven HVAC industry experience (residential and/or light commercial)

Minimum 5-10 years of boiler installation or HVAC experience required.

Knowledge of hydronic heating systems, piping and controls

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and locations and lift 75 lbs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $40-$55 per hour D.O.E
