Growing local CPA firm is seeking a Tax Senior or Manager to join their team. This role will manage and review complex individual and business tax returns, lead client relationships, and support staff development.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations

Advise clients on tax planning and compliance

Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants

Assist with firm process improvements and client growth initiatives

Requirements:

CPA or Enrolled Agent required/preferred

4+ years public accounting tax experience

Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills
