Work hours: Day shift, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.Is this you?

Set up, operate, and maintain finishing equipment (folders, cutters, stitchers, trimmers)

Validate output against customer specs and internal quality standards

Identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment or workflow issues

Document runs and maintain accurate production records

Partner with press operators and production teams to meet deadlines

3+ years of experience in litho bindery/print finishing

Mechanical strength and strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and specifications accurately

Working knowledge of safety practices and quality control

Attention to detail; comfort working solo or with a team

Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as neededCore proficiencies
