Your Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production machinery with care and consistency

Adhere to detailed work instructions and strict quality standards

Conduct visual and manual inspections to ensure product excellence

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Work closely with teammates to meet and exceed daily production goals

Accurately record and report production data

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required

Prior experience in manufacturing or production is helpful

Commitment to reliability-punctuality and attendance are essential

Keen eye for detail and strong quality mindset

Comfortable using basic measuring tools and performing simple math

Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
