Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with our clients, ensure their success with our products/services, and drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, highly organized, and equipped with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and guide them through the implementation process.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support and consultation.

Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to recommend tailored solutions.

Proactively engage with clients to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or renewal.

Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and training sessions to maximize customer success.

Gather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs within the company.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work comfortably in a remote environment across different time zones.

Preferred Skills:
