Job Title: Warehouse Jobs – Forklift Operators & Material Handlers

Duration: 12 Months (Possible to hire)

Location: Mechanicsburg/Harrisburg PA

Forklift Operator (Reach Truck)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate reach trucks to move, stack, and arrange products throughout the warehouse as per safety and operational standards.

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

Safely load, unload, and store inbound/outbound shipments.

Record all material movements and perform systematic inventory checks.

Support warehouse order fulfillment, labeling, and logistics processes.

Comply with company and industry safety procedures at all times.

Shifts:

A. Tues–Fri : 6:00 Am– 4:30 Pm

B. Mon–Thurs : 5:00 Pm –3:30 Am

C. Sat–Mon : 5:00 Am – 5:30 Pm

D. Fri–Sun : 5:00 Pm – 5:30 Am

Material Handler (Packing/Scanning)

Key Responsibilities:

Pack, scan, and prepare Bath & Body Works products for shipment with high accuracy according to client instructions.

Unload, label, and store incoming materials efficiently.

Perform inventory counts and assist with quality audits.

Maintain organized, clean, and safe work environment.

Help train new team members and collaborate closely with supervisors.

Shifts :

A. Tues–Fri : 6:00 Am - 4:30 Pm

B. Mon–Thurs, 5:00 Pm – 3:30 Am

C. Sat–Mon, 5:00 Am – 5:30 Pm

D. Fri–Sun, 5:00 Pm – 5:30 Am

General Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience preferred but not required.

Warehouse equipment operation skills preferred (forklift certification for operators).

Ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish.

Must successfully pass background check and drug screening.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Willingness to follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
