Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

We are professional, customer-centric and engaging. We are looking for someone to join the team that is eager to learn or has previous experience in Primary Care HouseCalls. No experience is required but preferred. There will be paid training based on experience and need, 2 Weeks PTO, Paid Holidays. Duties:

- Oversee Patient Care and Coordination for home bound patients

- Perform routine check-ups, screenings, and physical examinations

- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries

- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary

- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and laboratory tests

- Provide home care instructions and support for patients recovering from illness or surgery

Experience:

- No NP Experience Necessary

- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, preferably EClinicalWorks

- Preferred Experience in Home Health or Critical Care
