We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Cook to come and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. This is a dynamic position that offers variety, challenge, and an incredible opportunity to work near one of the nation’s most iconic landmarks—the Grand Canyon.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Menu Items: Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent presentation.

Multitask & Prioritize: Manage multiple tasks across three workflows while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the expo and other stations to maintain smooth ticket flow and timely service.

Maintain Quality & Standards: Ensure all dishes meet portion, taste, and presentation requirements before reaching the guests.

Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the station clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift.

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Strong multitasking and time management skills.

A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
