Accounts Receivable Specialist in Atlanta

Accountants One is working with a Commercial real estate leader with major developments to add an AR Specialist. This in-office Accounts Receivable role includes work-life balance, excellent benefits, and great company culture.

Job Duties

Cash Application of daily payments (checks, ACH, and wires)

Tenant billing

Account reconciliations

Prepare monthly statements and miscellaneous billing

Support the month-end processes and AR reporting for audit

Special projects as needed by the Director of Lease Administration.

Requirements:

3+ years of work experience in Accounts Receivable

Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus

Degree preferred

Experience with MRI, Yardi, and RealPage is a plus.
