Job Title: Night Shift LPN

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time Nights

Location: Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN

Compensation: $30 - $40 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time Night Shift Weekend Rotation Required

What You’ll Do on the Night Shift:

Oversee the health and safety of residents overnight

Complete clinical assessments and ensure proper documentation

Administer medications and monitor chronic conditions

Respond confidently to resident concerns and emergencies

Communicate with families and staff about changes in care

Collaborate with caregivers to provide a seamless, person-centered care experience

What You Bring to the Role:

Active LPN license in Minnesota

Geriatric or long-term care experience strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and confident decision-making

Ability to work independently during overnight hours

Compassionate presence with clear, calm communication

COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption required
