Warehouse Operative – Eurocentral

People Solutions are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a brand-new client based at Eurocentral, who have recently secured a major new distribution contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join at the start of an exciting new operation, with ongoing work available for reliable and committed workers.

This is a fast-paced, physical role working in chilled conditions (around 3 C).

Shift: 4 on / 4 off – 18:00 to 06:00

Pay Rate: £15.28 per hour

Day to Day Duties

Handballing and moving milk cages safely and efficiently

Picking customer orders using paper-based pick sheets

Working as part of a busy warehouse team to meet operational targets

Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace in line with health and safety standards

Essential Skills

Essential Skills as a Warehouse Operative

Physically fit and comfortable working in a chilled environment (around 3 C)

Reliable, punctual, and committed to the 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern

Able to follow instructions accurately and work safely at all times

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential

You must be available to attend the paid induction on Thursday 6 November 2025 and be available to start immediately afterwards.

Training

Full site assessment and ongoing industry-related training provided, with continued support from People Solutions throughout your placement.
